Call Alectra Utilities' Customer Service at 1-877-963-6900, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Select "moving" from our main menu.

To complete and submit the online form, select the appropriate option for Purchaser's Representative or Vendor's Representativer to open or close an account, then press the Next button.
